MORTGAGES WITH A 'NO TIES' ATTITUDE
Wednesday, 25 July 2007
New look premier mortgage brokers The Place 4 Mortgages is approaching client liaison in a fresh way. Gone are the pin striped suits, Windsor knotted tie and determined hand shake, and in are the open-neck shirts, friendly smile and a warm ‘hello’.
Entering the new Brunswick Place office, customers can make themselves at home on comfortable seating while they browse the company literature, or go through to the coffee bar to read up on the latest mortgage offers. If a customer wants to make an enquiry or discuss their options, staff are able to talk to them in private consultation rooms.
Formerly of The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Place 4 Mortgages founder Jon Walker explains: "Our new office is all about making the customer feel comfortable. Arranging a mortgage is a stressful time for anyone, and yet the way most brokers operate seems only to enhance that feeling of pressure. At The Place 4 Mortgages, you can come in, browse the mortgage and property magazines, have a coffee and leave without speaking to anyone if you wish. If you do want to take your enquiry further, our staff are all approachable, friendly and relaxed".
The new office is being officially launched on Thursday 26th April by England and Hampshire cricketer Chris Tremmlett. Guests will be treated to champagne and a buffet reception to help kick-start the revolution for a low-pressure, customer-focused and friendly, high quality mortgage broker service.
